At ALEDI, we want you to love every piece you receive. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided it meets the following conditions:

Product Condition: Must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags (including the “do not remove if you wish to return” tag) and packaging. Sale or non-refundable items cannot be returned.

Return Process: Request your return by emailing aledi.nyc@gmail.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds: Issued via the original payment method, minus a $5 handling fee. May take up to 14 business days to reflect. Faulty Items:
