At ALEDÌ, we’re committed to delivering high-quality pieces and exceptional customer service. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you may return your item within 14 days of receipt, under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Returns will not be accepted if the item shows signs of use, including stains from makeup, deodorant, self-tanner, or similar.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, regardless of returns.
- For faulty items, please contact our Customer Service Team within 48 hours of receipt, providing your order number and clear photos of the issue. Items are considered faulty if they arrive damaged or develop a fault within 3 months of purchase. Issues reported after this period will be considered normal wear and tear.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you choose self-shipping, please use a reliable courier with tracking to ensure the safe return of your item.
- Returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns sent after this period will not be accepted.
- Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
